Due to the significant snow masses still present below the Kleine Kreuzspitze, we must make a route change for the Skytrail. However, we are pleased to inform you that we have found a high-quality and equivalent alternative route with 27.5 km and 1500 m elevation gain. This alternative route promises to be just as challenging and rewarding!
Skytrail participants will initially continue from Klammalm to Innere Wumblsalm. From there, the ascent to the summit ridge (Schlotter Joch) will proceed via path No. 10, before rejoining the original trail.
You can view the alternate route in detail at the link below. To ensure a smooth and exciting race experience, both routes (Mountaintrail and Skytrail) will now start at 8:00 AM. This means the entire field of participants will start on this adventure together, creating an incredible race atmosphere.
